Terms of service

These terms are between you, the business using Marlow, and Apex Artificial Intelligence Limited (trading as Apex AI UK), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17194741), registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. By signing up you agree to them. Marlow is for businesses, not consumers.

The service

Marlow plans and runs marketing for your business within your plan's limits: Google Ads management, SEO articles and website fixes, social posts, enquiry replies and reports, and the receptionist if you add it. Marlow proposes; you approve. Nothing is published, sent, spent or switched on without your approval in the app.

Your accounts and ad spend

Ads run in your own Google Ads account and your ad spend is billed to you by Google, separately from our fee. You stay in control of your accounts and can remove Marlow's access at any time. You're responsible for keeping your account details up to date and for having the right to connect the accounts and websites you connect.

What you approve

Marlow writes from your website and what you tell it, and checks its own work, but you're responsible for checking anything before you approve it, including prices, offers and claims about your business. Results from marketing are never guaranteed, and estimates of clicks or enquiries are estimates.

Fair use

Don't use Marlow for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to market anything the platforms don't allow. We may pause work that breaks these terms or the rules of Google, Meta or other platforms.

Fees and cancelling

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Your ads, posts and published articles stay with you when you leave.

Your content and data

What Marlow writes for you is yours to use. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and our data processing terms cover your customers' data, which we handle on your behalf.

Liability

We'll provide Marlow with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
