Security and your data
Marlow connects to important accounts: your Google Ads, your website, your social pages. Here's plainly how we look after them and your data.
How Marlow protects your business
Stored in the UK
Marlow's data lives in a database hosted in London.
Your data is only yours
Every login is tied to one business, and database rules stop anyone seeing another business's information.
No passwords to steal
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no Marlow password to guess, reuse or leak.
Official sign-ins for your accounts
Google and Facebook are connected through their own sign-in screens, so Marlow never sees your passwords. You can disconnect any of them in Settings, or from your Google or Facebook account, at any time.
Only the access it needs
Search Console access is read-only. Tag Manager is only used to add Marlow's tag and Analytics events, when you tap. On WordPress, Marlow works through an application password you create and can revoke in one click.
Nothing goes out without you
Spending, publishing, posting and replying to customers all wait for your approval in the app.
AI that works for you
Marlow uses AI models from established providers, including Anthropic and Google, through their business services, to write and analyse. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models of our own.
Payments handled by specialists
Card payments go through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. When Marlow handles your customers' details (for example, enquiries), we do so on your behalf and only to provide Marlow to you. Our privacy policy has the detail.
