Connect Facebook
Marlow posts to a Facebook Page, not a personal profile. You need to be an admin of the Page.
Before you start
- Check you have a Facebook Page for your business. If not, create one from your Facebook account (Pages, then Create new Page).
- Make sure the Facebook account you sign in with has full control of that Page.
Connect
- In Marlow, open the social step and choose Add Facebook.
- Sign in to Facebook and approve the permissions. Choose the Page you want Marlow to use.
- You're returned to Marlow, which shows the Page as connected.
You can see and remove what Marlow can access any time in your Facebook settings, under Business integrations.
If it fails
- No Pages listed: the Facebook account you used isn't an admin of the Page, or you didn't tick the Page when approving. Try again and select it.
- Something about the domain or app: tell us. This is a setup issue on Marlow's side, not yours.
